we stayed almost a week at sleep and loved every moment! the staff was incredible—heron at the front desk was especially helpful each night. the lazy river and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. the location was spot on, just a short jaunt to pigeon forge with easy access to a trolley stop right outside. the overall experience was fantastic, definitely our new go-to spot for family trips!

The room featured two queen beds with decent comfort, allowing for a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The location sat conveniently at the lower end of the main strip, just a quarter mile from a trolley stop, making it easy to access local attractions without much fuss.

The room felt a bit cramped and had a lingering dampness, which may not be everyone's cup of tea. There was no routine cleaning service during my stay, which meant leftover trash could pile up if you weren't there long enough. Plus, the hot tub simply offered warm water—definitely not the soak I had in mind after a chilly day outside. I also noticed some areas could use an extra scrub, as the carpets seemed overdue for a thorough clean.
